Introduction to My Role
Hi everyone! I'm Dan Singjoy. Before sharing my weekly updates, I want to provide important context about the full scope of my work on Optimism. As I lead these initiatives, I often make things look easier than they actually are and don’t have much time here to convey my contributions, which can obscure the extensive work happening behind the scenes.

Work Scope and Context
My workload is entirely focused on Optimism and consistently very heavy, typically exceeding 60 hours per week, and encompasses a broad range of critical responsibilities that ensure our communities can thrive and grow.
While I aim to highlight specific accomplishments each week in these presentations, there's less than 4 minutes to speak and an enormous amount of ongoing work that forms the foundation for several projects, so it’s not possible to convey it all here.
To give you an understanding of what I’ve done to help Optimism this week, I’ll first share an overview of my ongoing work, including ongoing responsibilities and strategic initiatives. Then I’ll share some weekly highlights afterwards. Enjoy!
